By purchasing from this store you agree to these terms.

## 1. What we sell
Digital products (software starter kits, tools, templates, and data). Products are delivered
electronically as a download or access link immediately after successful payment.

## 2. Instant delivery & your right to cancel
Because products are digital and delivered immediately, **you expressly consent to immediate delivery and
acknowledge that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal/cancellation once the download has been made
available** (this includes the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content). See our Refund Policy
for our voluntary refund practice.

## 3. License
Each product is provided under its own license, included with the product (e.g. the kit's `LICENSE.md`).
Unless a product's license says otherwise, you may use it in your own personal and commercial projects but
may **not** resell or redistribute the product itself.

## 4. Payment
Payments are processed by **Stripe**. We do not store your card details. Prices are in USD. You are
responsible for any taxes not collected at checkout where applicable.

## 5. No warranty / limitation of liability
Products are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law,
Charles Krug LLC's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. You are
solely responsible for anything you build, deploy, or run using our products, including any costs or actions.

## 6. Acceptable use
Don't use our products for unlawful purposes. Don't redistribute paid products. Don't abuse the delivery system.

## 7. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; the version in effect at your purchase applies. Governed by the laws of the State
of Colorado, USA.
