# Refund Policy

Our products are digital and delivered instantly, so all sales are generally final. **However**, we want
you to be happy:

- If the product **doesn't work as described** or you hit a problem we can't resolve, email
  **[email protected] within 14 days** of purchase and we'll make it right or refund you.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
- We may decline refund requests that appear abusive (e.g. you downloaded and kept the full product with no
  stated issue), as is standard for instantly-delivered digital goods.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
